This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 you can see the oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low is the final reason of the code.
