Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
11546 Possible Causes:
11546 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11546 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
