Staring in engine intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit and cylinder 5 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
11517 Possible Causes:
11517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11517 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
