The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too small you can see the sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
11517 Possible Causes:
11517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11517 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
