This something to do with the intake camshaft timing accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction also reductant injection air pump control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
11494 Possible Causes:
11494 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 11494 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
