11468 Description And Summary : |

When you open load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit also turbocharger control module 1, implausible message will delay your vw fault. |
11468 Possible Causes:
11468 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11468 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
