11437 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ . So for next coolant fan (v7), open circuit is the final reason of the code.

11437 Possible Causes:

11437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11437 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
