The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation and exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault.
