When you open engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance you can see the vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
11431 Possible Causes:
11431 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11431 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
