The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal you can see the exhaust bank 3 main catalyst, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault. |
11419 Possible Causes:
11419 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11419 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
