The problem is about a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit . On the other hand event data recorder request, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
11418 Possible Causes:
11418 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 11418 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
