This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbo/super charger over-boost condition and wait then engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit is the final reason of the code. |

114 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 114 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
