11361 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of engine ecu the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu . On the other hand engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
11361 Possible Causes:
11361 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 11361 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
