11311 Description And Summary : |

When you open transmission control unit, incorrect coded causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground or change intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
11311 Possible Causes:
11311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 11311 Code
- Inspect all the connections auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
