The problem is about coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

11299 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 11299 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
