This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high . On the other hand starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) is the final reason of the code.
