When you open secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal you can see the valve for coolant system circuit, low / intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
11290 Possible Causes:
11290 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11290 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
