Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction or ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
11281 Possible Causes:
11281 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 11281 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
