This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start starter interlock, circuit short to b+ and coolant pump control, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
11267 Possible Causes:
11267 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 11267 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
