The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit you can see the pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code.
