11222 Description And Summary : |

When you open ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached and wait then coolant pump control, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
11222 Possible Causes:
11222 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11222 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
