The problem is about manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low . On the other hand friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
11221 Possible Causes:
11221 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 11221 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), circuit low input
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
