Diameter in engine data bus powertrain, implausible message of the clutch electrics retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction and wait then barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit will delay your vw fault. |
11218 Possible Causes:
11218 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 11218 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
