This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start vehicle speed signal wheel speed from brake control module; range / performance or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
11205 Possible Causes:
11205 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11205 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
