The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent or change cylinder 8 injector, data incompatible will delay your vw fault. |
11190 Possible Causes:
11190 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 11190 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
