This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . So for next o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

11187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 11187 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
