This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system please check dtc memory of instrument cluster also vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
11184 Possible Causes:
11184 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 11184 Code
- Inspect all the connections planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
