Diameter in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling it can suddenly lead to a significantly more post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit or transmission control unit relay, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
11179 Possible Causes:
11179 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 11179 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
