The problem is about glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich and wait then glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground is the final reason of the code.
