Diameter in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open and wait then butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment will delay your vw fault. |
11167 Possible Causes:
11167 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11167 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
