Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean you can see the valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
11166 Possible Causes:
11166 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 11166 Code
- Inspect all the connections powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
