The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit range / performance or ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
11165 Possible Causes:
11165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11165 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
