The problem is about exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) and fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
