11109 Possible Causes:
11109 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11109 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
