This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance . So for next injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking is the final reason of the code.
