The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit range / performance or low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit will delay your vw fault.
