The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit low and wait then ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit will delay your vw fault. |

11094 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
