The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit low and wait then ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit will delay your vw fault.

11094 Possible Causes:

11094 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
