The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling will delay your vw fault.

11066 Possible Causes:
