11059 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance or change relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit will delay your vw fault.

11059 Possible Causes:

11059 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11059 Code

  • Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
