11050 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to ground will delay your vw fault.

11050 Possible Causes:

11050 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

What To Check After Fixing 11050 Code

  • Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
