When you open shift lock, malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open and wait then signal for back-up lights, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
11043 Possible Causes:
11043 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11043 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
