The problem is about glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next wheel speed signal 3, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
11018 Possible Causes:
11018 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11018 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
