This code were stamped on VW Engine case relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor supply voltage for fuel injector group a, open circuit and wait then secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
11017 Possible Causes:
11017 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11017 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
