The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition switch accessory position, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction or exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |

- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
