The problem is about exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration or clutch pressure, adaptation at limit will delay your vw fault. |

10962 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 10962 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
