This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of brake system ecu the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit and wait then camshaft position signal output, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
10891 Possible Causes:
10891 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 10891 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
