When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ or please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu will delay your vw fault. |
10889 Possible Causes:
10889 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10889 Code
- Inspect all the connections clutch torque, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
