Diameter in engine ignition switch run/start position, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission control unit (j217), programming error . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
10885 Possible Causes:
10885 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 10885 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
