Diagnosing engine bar with glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low or change mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) is the final reason of the code. |
10877 Possible Causes:
10877 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 10877 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
