This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+ or change please check dtc memory of engine ecu will delay your vw fault. |
10869 Possible Causes:
10869 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 10869 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
